I can’t say that we have always celebrated Halloween as The Boy has just never been into it. Ya know, that whole he doesn’t eat sweets thing and the fact that he always went to bed before the sun went down and all that foolishness. *sigh* But, about a year or so ago, he started really getting interested in Halloween and even dressed up and went Trick Or Treating! And Mama finally scored some free chocolate. 😉
I love this early elementary age and the sweetness of the holiday themes in books and movies. Favorite characters and just simple and fun story lines without all the gore and nightmares. Here are just a few of the ones we love! (I highly recommend the Curious George Boo Fest! It is just the cutest and The Boy watches this one year round!)
