Here’s another great summer activity for my local readers!  The fabulous Tower Theatre in Land Park is offering $1 family-friendly movies in their Reel Kids Summer Movie Series!

The movies will be shown every Wednesday & Thursday at 10 a.m. starting June 17th and running through August 13th!  Admission is only $1!

The Tower Theatre is a wonderful bit of Sacramento history and nostalgia and it would be a real treat for kids to see a movie in an old-fashioned theatre!

August 5 & 6 – Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009) – Rated PG, 94 min.

August 12 & 13 – Penguins of Madagascar (2014) – Rated PG, 92 min.
