I hesitated posting this offer yesterday when it first started circulating, but it seems like it is legit and (according to all the comments from those that have successfully redeemed the offer) it also seems like the only restriction may be that the offer is for new Sam’s Club members and not actually for new or expecting moms? (#4 on the graphic below would indicate that anybody could request the offer?  Dunno.  Good luck!)

All you have to do is call 1-888-746-7726, choose option #2, and then mention the New Mom Membership offer.   (Please note that this offer does not expire until 9/29, so it may be worth trying to call in a few days as the help lines and wait times on hold are rather long!)

You should be given a membership number that you can take in to your local Sam’s Club customer service desk to get a membership card.
