There are also several Parks with Spraygrounds in the Elk Grove area!  The spraygrounds will operate from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. May 1st through September 30th! The new operating hours and dates are part of a larger CSD effort to use less water during the drought.   You can check on the current operating status or report a problem at one of Elk Grove’s spray grounds HERE.

“The CSD is closing spraygrounds which do not have a recirculating water system. The new watering restrictions are mandated by the State of California to help address record dry conditions.  Spraygrounds at Derr-Okamoto Park and Morse Park will continue to operate because these spraygrounds use a recirculating water system.”
