I have seen so many awesome posts in my Facebook news feed of friends sitting patiently with their kiddos putting together cool-looking gingerbread houses (okay, most of the photos are with grandparents!  LOL)!   I think this is a Christmas project I can actually sit and do with my kiddo! And a good excuse to use up the 15 bags of clearance gingerbread cookie mix I bought last year!
